| Applying to the Art Gallery
Thank you for your interest in submitting an application to the Art Gallery. The Art Gallery is an excellent avenue to showcase and sell your original western art!
Please note, this year we will only be accepting applications on our on-line form. If you have difficulty using this form or uploading files as requested, please email our Artist Liaison at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The on-line application (closed for Stampede 2017) is usually available on this web site by November 1 for the following year. The deadline is in early January. Artists are required to submit photos between 4 and 8 pieces of art with their application for consideration. All art submitted must be available for sale during the 10 days of Stampede for the upcoming year.

Below are some commonly asked questions regarding applications. While these questions help clarify some common questions, artists are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions as they provide the entire scope of information about participating in the Art Gallery.
How do I apply to the Art Gallery?
Artists must submit an application, using our on-line form, in its entirety by the deadline listed on the application (usually the first week of January). If you have difficulty with the on-line form, please email email@example.com.
How do I apply to the New West: A Student Show?
This new opportunity is only available to students enrolled in a full time accredited post-secondary visual arts/fine arts program. For information on participating in the show, please read the Terms and Conditions for the New West: A Student Show . To apply, student artists must complete the on-line application form (closed for Stampede 2017).
